Analytics and cookies

We load Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, only after you explicitly allow analytics. Before consent and after rejection, the Google tag is not loaded and no analytics data is sent. Rejecting analytics does not restrict menus, booking enquiries or lunch-menu subscriptions.

After consent, we measure page visits, enquiry starts and successful submissions, accepted subscription requests, and clicks on contacts, menus and social profiles. Our custom events never include names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or form contents. Page URLs are sent without query parameters or fragments.

We store your choice in your browser for up to 180 days. After consent, Google Analytics may use the _ga and _ga_21TB0TSZ14 analytics cookies, configured to last up to 180 days. You can change or withdraw consent using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops measurement, deletes accessible analytics cookies and reloads the page. Cloudflare Turnstile form protection and the embedded lunch menu are separate functional services.

Lunch menu subscription

The subscription form is loaded from our application at menu.pivnicemoravanka.cz. When you submit it, the application stores your email address, the time and version of your consent, the signup source and a protective hash of your IP address. We use your email to send lunch menus. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email. Unsubscribed and undeliverable addresses are excluded from mailings. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions.

Fonts and photographs are loaded from our own server. Google Maps opens only when you click the map link.

Language preference

The website remembers your language choice and dismissal of the language suggestion in your browser’s local storage. On your first visit, it may suggest a version based on your browser language. This information is not sent to third parties. You can change the saved choice by switching languages or clearing this website’s data in your browser.

Booking form

When you submit the form, your name, contact details and visit information are passed to our server, which sends them by email to manager@pivnicemoravanka.cz. We use these details to handle your enquiry. The form does not store the message content in a database. To limit repeated submissions, the server temporarily uses a hash of the IP address.

Communicating with us

Information you send by email is used to arrange and handle your booking or enquiry. Please include only information needed to deal with your request.
